Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and a passion for ensuring
the highest quality in software products. As a Manual Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing
and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development teams
to resolve issues.

The primary focus of the selected candidate would be on developing user interface components implementing and executing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Also ensuring that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to manage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Perform thorough manual testing to identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact the existing functionality.
- Participate in requirement reviews and design discussions to provide input on potential quality issues.
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
- Identify opportunities for test automation and work with the automation team to implement automated tests where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry best practices.
- Communicate test progress, results, and other relevant information to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Continuously learn and apply new testing techniques and tools to improve the testing process.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
